Can somebody recommend a good thorough dermatologist in Manhattan South of 96th St.
Cryospray treatments a plus.

I have never been to a dermatologist and would rather not resort to picking out from the Yellow Pages (if they till exist.)

I went to Debra Jaliman based on her good reputation a few years ago and she was fine dealing with most of my issues. She's on 5th off the Park.

Just about every dermatologist uses liquid nitrogen spray to destroy warts, actinic keratoses (pre-cancers), seborrheic keratoses, etc. I've gone to Dr. Jeffrey Rand at the Guthrie Clinic in Ithaca but I believe he still retains an office in Manhattan.

Thanks Beth and Wells, I'll call both and see if they take my insurance.

Keep 'em coming.

Luckily, there are a lot of good dermatologists in NYC.

I recommend Joel Kassimir, who's in the East 90s.

By the way, when I'm in a bind, I also find the annual "best doctors" issue of New York magazine to be very useful.
