"Sheriffs say Tsirkos and the others actually own a total of about 76 delinquent treat-mobiles that owe a combined $4.5 million for offenses including speeding, running red lights and illegally using bus lanes."
I'm confused - those are moving violations, aren't they assessed to the driver's license?
You can't get out of those by dissolving your company, they are personally assessed
Not red light cameras (and I assume speed cameras.) Since the actual driver of the vehicle at the time cannot be ascertained at the time of the stop, it's treated as a parking ticket.

If every ice cream truck in the city was towed away, the world would probably be a better place. But yeah the white lady from hell probably just needs to shut the hell up and deal with it.
I wouldn't be mad if we had vending machines on the street like Tokyo
What do they have sushi in there or something? I heard they have vending machines with beer in them in Europe.
I really do not see the fascination with NYC ice cream trucks. As a kid in Denver I'd hear them chiming their tunes and I would get all excited and start running towards the music, but that was when I was little.
