Nope. I keep checking credit karma and no new inquiries. My interview was on July 24th and still nothing. And yea I check the department of building website faithfully to see if they got the certificate of occupancy yet. And did they run your credit yet or send your file to the city for approval? And do they update you on your status?

They did run my credit aug 6th .. I just went to the management agency and signed paperwork .. the papers were listing like who will be in the apt with me and giving them consent to review my taxes yearly and paperwork confirming I'm not a student .. hopefully That's a good sign .. in the paperwork it also listed unit number but I haven't seen the apt

Good luck to those who have moved forward. I have yet to be called for a second interview and I had my first interview July 28th I called yesterday and the lady said I have to wait until they get to my application 😫😫. I'm becoming impatient I just want my new apartment before my baby girl comes in January so I can chill.

that can take forever! a few years ago i applied for a lottery and they did not call us to interview for a whole year since they didn't have the certificate! I ended up turning the apartment down because it was a walk up with an odd layout, not very convenient to transportation. But not having that certificate before they call you guys to interview is a bummer since it can delay the process for months
