You said I don't live there (Brownsville or the South Bronx).... but I do.

You can always go back and re-read what you said, it's right there.

Typical.....What a surprise! Not much here (in fact almost nothing) is meant for middle class working people.

How many nannies would be unemployed once this rolls out on the UWS?? Minus the location this is being rolled out in, how is this not helping middle class families dishing thousands out yearly for childcare?

Those of us without kids, and who don't WANT them, should get a tax credit for this. This is NOT education. It's subsidized baby-sitting/day care.

And if the program rolls out full fleged and includes ALL 3 years olds from every income level it's going to make rents even HIGHER. Now the wannabe upper middle class will NEVER leave here for the suburbs. Once again, single people without kids are SCREWED. Take care of your own babies or don't have them. 3 year olds aren't going to be learning sh---t in these facilities.

Thank You

My neighbor had her daughter in the FREE Pre-K For all program. When I ask what her daughter learns all day, she says it's pretty much play all the time. Not much learning. I said oh ok cool...

It's Tax payer funded baby sitting.
