as long as you can throw your trashy neighbors into the mix i am okay with this. well not really, it's actually disgusting. where do our taxes really go? oh wait.... yeah... our trashy neighbors

Silly new forum friend, I've been on here for years. Been in the city for longer than you been born I'm sure. Some of us just don't care to watch the news.

So I'm suppose to google:
"if they (City of New York) thinks I will give them one extra dime for picking up my trash. This idea is being floated around and if it gains traction and implemented, the next thing they tax will be the air we breathe. Disgusted"

That's part of the issue. Where are our taxes going now? Not enough to cover trash pick up?
