I was curious if NYC had any available or under construction high rise condos with entertainment amenities like a basketball court, swimming pool, videogame arcade, racquetball court, etc? (private amenities inside or connected to the condo)

I found one that I really like in Chicago that has a private basketball and racquetball court:

But I have no desire of moving to Chicago.

I searched all throughout zillow and other real estate sites but haven't found any NYC condos that really impress me as far as ammenities. Lots of nice views though.

Put every amenity people used to have to leave their doors from, add in Amazon, and food delivery services and we are now officially living in a creepy ass city!

It's mainly for rainy days and winter months.
If you have the money, why not?

I guess I'll have to settle for buildings that have those amenities since there aren't any actual condos that I've found with them included inside the condo. Although I could always purchase a large enough older building or town home and convert it to my liking, which I might do.
