I know its in Kingsbridge but I thought if I put Riverdale in the title it would get more clicks. Apparently I was right because it got your attention. Do you have anything to say about the article?

Don't live in Kingsbridge so don't really care. Already knew about this nonsense anyway. You should post accurate information next time. Am not sure why anyone would be shocked. It's Stagg! Community Board was stupid enough to fall for their lies. Can tell you right now, if it was in Riverdale, all hell would break lose. Too many home owners with deep pockets. When Montefiore tried to open a large *outpatient* set up along Riverdale Avenue, people went wild. Riverdale has secret committees (*The Committee To Protect Riverdale* is one of them) that have lawyers to protect Riverdale from turning into a ghetto. That is why it remains nice. Few rentals and most are expensive. It is truly an upper middle to upper cclass neighborhood. Kingsbridge meanwhile is cheaper and more working class. Land is cheap along Broadway with the subway noise. This is why such a thing was built there.
