Thanks 7th....I lived in so many apartments and neighborhoods, some day I'm gonna do something with it. Not on here though.

Unfortunately now due to how much rents are, I'm gonna have to stick to my current apartment for a while. I'm in the BX in a RS apt, not many cheaper options out there. But the pirate in me is going mad....I so desire a move......

In my view, Parkchester has a reasonable shot at being a mostly middle class neighborhood within the next two decades provided that NYCís economy doesnít tank, the MTA makes headway in improving subway performance (and the Lexington Avenue lines are supposedly a priority for the MTA under Byfordís Fast Forward Plan), and the completion of the first phase of the East Side Access plan.

They do, but there are a limited amount of apts. those with the same situation as yours and a lower log #, they go first
