I checked my log number is 12xx. I don't live in the Bronx nor do I have CB preference. One of my lowest log numbers and my income first perfect for Band 1 and a One Bedroom. What do you think my chances of receiving an email are? I just wanna move badly.

I have read some threads that have said log numbers less than 3,000 are good numbers.. But there is also the preference individuals that come in to place... Assuming they go through 62% of applicants, hopefully there will still be apartments for your AMI...left.. It will be at least 5-10 even more months before you hear from them. Just hope thats all I can say and keep living life until you hear from a marketing agent. Keep applying to all lotteries that you fit the income bracket, and also keep an eye out for buildings in your Community Board.. Good luck...
Mine is 12xx I live in Brooklyn and no preference. I wonder if I will receive an email ever.
I think we both will. I have had log numbers of 9xxx and been called - no CB preference. My log number for the lottery that I really wanted at Hunters Point South living was in the 2xxx - no CB preference.
Either way, not crazy about 810's area to be honest. Plus my file is currently with another lottery in manhattan and feeling too stressed to do this process all over again.

Yeah I know the process is stressful like crazy. How long did it take you to be called? I'm not too hype for the Bronx but I could live there myself. I am really hoping my log number for Archer Merrick is low as well.
I could see myself receiving an email because I hear log numbers matter a lot.
