Hey latinoman818, I got emailed for further processing for an interview. They ask that you scan and email your income documents first before setting up a personal interview. I have done so and so far just waiting for their next response. My log number is in the thousands and I have no CB preference.

What apartment are you going for? I am going for studio or 1 bedroom my log is <100 no CB preference... You have disability preference as mentioned by Yari_bella, because from the email I received from management company, they are still working on preference.

Hey latinoman 818, I also do not have a disability. I qualify for a studio/1br. Did they email you to go for an interview as well?
What range is your log number? They have not sent me an initial email, not even a "Rejection" notice. I am assuming they go by Log numbers so makes me wonder why someone who has no CB would get notified before me if my log # is less than one hundred.
Also, I wonder if they expect us to have scanners available to send the documents? I don't own one.
I'm in the 1000s. Actually I have the same zip code as the development so I think I am in the CB preference. Otherwise I'm not sure why they'd email me. And they wanted to scan or drop off income documents prior to scheduling an interview.
