Ok, I was waiting on that also, Start1419. I was told last week, once they received the last documents from me, mines to would be going to the city. Everything was notarized and sent. Now I'm waiting.

There are quite a few different threads on this website that explain the process from A to Z. After your file is sent to the city, they just verify what management has verified and then they will either accept / reject or request missing documents which is highly unlikely, but that is why management wants everything to be perfect. If you are accepted you will be called and asked to bring the deposit and finally get the keys!

Countdown!! I called this afternoon asking about the docs. I was told, they received them and sent my package off to the city today, and asked for my patience as it could take 5 to 10 business days. The next call I get from them would either be the city requesting more docs or them calling with the approval. I thanked him.
