I've seen NYers with scarfs when the temps hit 60 day time.
LOL...I've wondered where they're from that they have on scarves or wool hats or even dare I say, COATS while it's 60-70 degrees out. Just looking at them makes me sweat lol

Those guys don't know from cold. Cold is still hunting in Saskatchewan when -16 below or Cod fishing of Montauk
in February when you drop the cod on the deck they start flopping around and freeze solid mid flop.
