When is the free college going into effect ?

I already have 2 bachelors degrees. Can i enroll for another one? I believe i fall under the limits for free college tuition, i make about $94K gross per year

It already is in effect. And its not free college - its just free tuition. And if you've got a bachelors already, you're not eligible.

This is ironic because if Donald J Trump had his way nobody but the ultra rich could afford to go to college. Him and his goon Betsy De Vos are already scheming on how to cut funding from public universities

I wish it was available for part time students. I'd love to go back and finish my degree but I work, so can't do full time.
