Log out and back in. Seems to fix my issue whenever it happens.

My assets are pretty high, but they seemed to pretty much ignore them except to count the income they earned.

They didn't ask us for information about assets and we bought a M-L coop very recently. It was all income based.

Then again we don't have much in the way of assets...

I applied for the for the on in the city, although I KNOW I DO NOT QUALIFY. I'm so tempted to apply for the one in woodside but it seems so far away from everything. I do not have a drivers license. I know terrible but im a city girl! I dont think I would mind moving there unless I had a car and could drive. I may just apply just to see what happens.

What coop? Could you explain the paperwork you needed to provide?

Thank you and Congratulations!

Identification (photo id and SS cards)
Last years tax returns and W-2's
Employment letters
Birth certificate for minors
School letter for child

I think that is it. They also do a home visit which is silly. She just walked into our living room and we all had to be there. I thought she would at least look in every room. They also do a credit check and background check. All M-L's should ask for the same things since it's the same program.

The coop is Goddard Riverside. Good luck!

Apply first and ask questions later. My first ML co-op asked for bank statements and assets etc..., the one I'm moving to now did not.

On another note, I don't get what the big hype is about Big Six. Everyone seems crazy about Big Six, is it because it's one of the only MLs that's not in the ghetto?

Ding Ding we have a winner

For those who havent figured it out, M-L was originally meant to stabilize the hood, thats why many of them are right next door to NYCHA, mines included.
