It would be great if they added a first class car where you could only get in if you pay a $5 fair and show the special ticket at the doors. The car would have rules and an MTA employee assigned to the car. Rules would be... No music, no loud talking, no nail clipping, no eating, no aggressive behavior. Larger seats and you can purchase bottled water.

I’d be all over that.
Are you mad?

The train seats should have scales in them with the displays top of them to visibly shame everyone.

The story is not about manspreading. Its about a violent attack by some guy, and it was possibly provoked by some woman, and if the woman did in fact punch the guy first then the NY Post reporter that wrote the story itself did not include that piece of important information, so the reporter may be a big part of the problem too. Its like the NY Post is the National Inquirer.

Plus there is a third person on the subway cart who got himself involved and that guy has a serious white knight disorder.

What a mess. Everyone involved should be in jail.

All this talk about being fine standing on the subway - you *do* realize that 99.9% of subway riders would cut a biatch to get a seat, right?

Free up a spot in Rikers.

There's no evidence that she punched him. The only one suggesting that she did is some aggressive poster above who complains that people are crowding his balls on the subway He claims that in the video he can hear the attacker shouting at the woman 'Why did you hit me' --however, I listened to it a few times and I could not make out the word "hit" or "attack" or anything like it.

If you can hear the word 'hit' in the video, let me know and I will listen to it again. I'm certainly not going to take the word of the poster above.

Naa, the proper way to handle it is to sew a few studs to the sides of your pants. Someone starts squishing you, they get prodded.
