@Missladyriverbx- I don't see it as a bad thing that not many renters are posting on here. Hopefully they just don't know about this forum?? I was hoping for more rental participation as well but I believe the co-op owners are more hands on because they will be owning their homes?? Who knows.. As long as my neighbors are not rowdy, I'm fine..

In any case, I go on Thursday to orientation as well and when it comes to your kids, it is gated so that is a huge plus.. There are not many recreational things close by but I don't spend my weekends hanging "around the block" with my kids so it's not such a huge adjustment..

Guess I'll see you Thursday!!

Oh yeah, they haven't showcased the rentals online or anywhere for that matter so we'll just have to wait until Thursday to see what they are like..

Best Wishes to @Lcouncil and @missladyriverBX on your orientation today. Hope your apartments exceed your expectations

I received an amendment to the purchase agreement over the weekend. I was hoping that the letter had some type of date on it but no luck. Haven’t had much time to review it though. According to the purchase agreement the next step is a “workshop” then closing.

The apartment was great! Everything is in the apartment. I love it, but the lobby isn't completed. So they're going to start moving people in the week of the 21st.

I'm just so happy that this is all over. Now we have to wait until that week to get the dates to move. The management already said you can only move on certain days and not the weekend. The orientation went good and they let us spend a nice amount of time in the apartment.
