I received a letter from the developer stating expect closing to begin in Sept 2012. 95% of apt shares have been executed and the amendement to the plan was filed with attorney general and no closing will take place until amendment has beeen accpted for filing. So i feel a lil better getting this info because i now i have an idea of when this move will happen. A tad annoyed school will be back in session but you do what u got to do. But there goes my vacation in Oct like many of you summer plans on HOLD but good luck to you all and enjoy rest of your summer

We received that letter last week as well. I can't believe that its been a whole year that we've been going through this process! Just glad to know that the end is right around the corner.

Diddo for me too.

I just hope they don't change this September closing. Although I am upset because Sept. is a very busy month for me, I'm glad I have some formal direction on the closing.

Yea it sounds promising but REMEMBER this is their best estimate. Nothing will be scheduled until the Attorney General's office OKs their request then they can begin scheduling closings. They CANNOT begin scheduling before then! September sounds about right and I expect they will be good to go by then BUT that is NOT Guaranteed. So don't let expectations go overboard until they send us an ACTUAL date of our closing. THEN you KNOW we gonna take care of business.
