1: provided all pay stubs , social security cards origins and copies ( she kept copies)
2: gave money order
3: filled out forms privileged contact email & telephone numbers.
Asked about what unit I qualify for == told 2 bedroom
Informed they will be contacting me .
I have pictures of the outside of the building and neighbors is great Train station for my work communte is one block away_

Ok then since the building is already done, they'll probably expedite your application as long as everything is in order. Management approval then HDC/HPD approval then apartment view then lease signing.

Yeah as long as everything is in order and there are units left and they don't bump someone with a lower log before you, you're most likely looking at an end of January or early February lease signing. Do you have any weird deposits in your bank account, assets that weren't disclosed etc. They look into EVERYTHING
No i dont have deposits other then my work Direct deposit checks with my bank.
