I’m just hoping to receive anything to know if waitlisted or rejected. Rejection would at least give me a chance to appeal if they believe I don’t qualify

Did they literally just put the money order in an envelope and send it back to you without a letter? If so, I would totally call them.

Yes when I called They states that I will receive a letter in 10 business days . My interview was 10/8. I called Friday and was informed I was not on the rejection list and try to be patient I may be waitlisted. I’m waiting until Thursday to hear anything. By Friday is the 10th day. Spoke to a nice guy Joshua who was off on he day he was supposed to interview me. I was interviewed by someone who was leaving the job that Friday. My interview was Monday

Joshua is a nice guy, I interviewed with him. I wish I didn't do it at 8a though. I felt delirious from the lack of sleep lol (I usually wake up at 9a, so getting up at 6:30a to head to East Harlem was a chore).

I say call on Monday. Hopefully you at least get waitlisted. My experience has told me that people do reject apartments after seeing them.

I was called in to resubmit my paper work since they would be expiring soon. Was told move in would be end of month hopefully but there’s really no telling these days with that building.

I interviewed today. Asked about the laundry facilities and the C&C person said she didn't know.

Had no idea about timing or about how many units were still unassigned in my band.

Oh, something I signed said I would be ready to move in 30 days, but that seemed like an arbitrary date. These buildings so rarely open anywhere near on time.

115 Delancey isn't even up on the Essex Crossing site yet.
