Of course they do. When you get OT, someone has to "supervise" you. Plus your pension doesn't include OT anymore, so it would behoove you to go up the ranks and make more money.
We need to stop spreading this rumor, Everything is included in the pension. OT and truck money is calculated towards it.

That is not for a tier 6 sanitation worker ours looks different.
