I have a log number in the 20s

but I don't think I qualify (Our cousin just got a job putting us over the income limit so she can't join)

Anyone know if for the 3 bedroom apartment there's leway in the household composition. Like can a child of a guardian be an adult? (I know it's a stretch as a child is classified as a person under 18)

I only have 4 members (all family, mother and siblings but we're all adults) so we don't fall under any of these:

- No fewer than 5 persons
- a parent or guardian with 2 children of the opposite sex
- a household of 3 adults with 1 child where at least one adult is the parent or guardian of such child, or a parent or guardian with 3 children

I don't think I can add my grandmother as a 5th person because she is living in a senior home in another borough.

Anyone making less than 20k wanna join us? Or maybe we can get a group of 5 people under 161k limit haha.

Wait, so there are four of you and one is a parent and at least two out of the three are children? Are you sure that children are defined as only under 18? If you guys are children of the opposite sex, I think you might qualify? I don't know.

That's my question exactly. My Mother has three children including me. But we're all adults. Are we considered children if we're adults? Does Mitchell Lama mean parents with children who are still attending school?
