Disgusting.
Shady, don’t worry!
No scamming here! We are reunited and live together in tiny 1 badroom apartment.

@cherrywheel
How many units where you told they have left?
I guess we will have to wait and see.
With the maintenance increase maybe more units will be available sooner if people living there decide to leave.

Patience kiddies.
We applied at Ruppert House in 1993 and were Number 160. Our number came up in 2010 (17 years later,)

We needed City Hall to get us in.

@ Kefir King if I have to wait 17 years for EMP I probably won’t qualify then lol.
My kids will be in grad school and EMP will probably privatize by then loll.
Praying for a 2 1/2 miracle.
I’m also waiting on the Kent at 95th and 3rd.

@ Cherryweel
No haven’t heard anything yet.. my log number is over 100 so I doubt they will call me anytime soon. I have called management to confirm they received my application and again to see how many units are available and the cost... I don’t want to call again and perplex them lol.
I believe you said you have a single digit log number ?
Hopefully you are called soon

I fail to understand why anyone is helping "Cherryweel." She said, clear as day, on another thread, that she wants to add her parents to her income tax just for her family to meet the composition requirements for EMP.

Clearly, she's scamming people who actually need the apartment out of an affordable place to live. Karma is a *****.
