Referring to individual neighborhoods, not groups of neighborhoods. So you can pick Jackson Heights or Flushing, but not the entirety of the 7 train.

I'm guessing a lot of people will pick Jackson Heights, and I think that's a good choice. But I think a lot of other neighborhoods are good contenders as well.

It's tough, because I can't think of one area that has an abundance of food without Chipotles or overpriced sushi and thai places in NYC. Probably Flushing and Jackson Heights with the most diverse. Bronx too.

It's definitely not Manhattan because most of the food places are too much alike and overpriced.

I feel like the East Village has a lot of variety

Elmhurst or Flushing. Definitely not Jackson Heights, other than it being so close to Elmhurst.

Maybe not the BEST, but the Upper East Side of Manhattan is pretty terrific for good, diverse food.

Isn't Elmhurst and Flushing mostly Latin American cuisine?? Diverse with Latin American foods I would agree! Try finding a healthy spot in those areas, lol!

I second this. Actually the West Village too. Not any neighborhood in Queens. Neighborhoods in Queens tend to lean toward a certain proliferation when to comes to food. (Asian, Caribbean, Middle Eastern). But in the Village, you can get Thai, Japanese, American, Indian, Ethiopian, French, Italian, seafood...
