Does anyone know if they are still sending out the canvass letters?
Im not sure if I understand your question. The eligibility list was only recently established, so i'm not sure if any canvassing has been done yet. Are you asking if they still canvass by mail? If so, earlier comments indicated that they still do it by mail rather than by email. Hope this helps.

I believe you are referring to the location preference email, those were sent out to the 1200s. I may be off on that though. I was 300s and received it a week after the list was established and then you had a week to reply and submit.
Canvassing is based on open positions and courts going by the numbers of those interested. The timing is based on what is available. That the response I received to a similar query. Hope this helps.
