Hiya & Happy Holidays! So HPD approved me last week and I did the viewing as well. I signed my lease on Wednesday and I'll be moving in next month . Absolutely love the building and their amenities.

Congrats that’s amazing! I went in and signed paperwork and they sent my file to HPD. Hopefully I’ll hear back soon

Congratulations! I heard back from HPD in 1 1/2 weeks after management approval so hopefully they'll get back to around 2 weeks.

Did they allow you to choose a move in date or they said it had to be within a month?

Does your unit have 2 bathrooms?
