I've been looking at replacing my AC for the last year to a bigger model and one that will fit in the wall.
So I thought I'd be fun to play what kind of AC do you use.

Currently have: LG 6,000 BTU 115-Volt Window Air Conditioner with Remote. (used for 5 years)

Looking for: 8000(+) BTU 115-Volt Through-the-Wall Air Conditioner. Any personal suggestions?

I have two new Frigidares. I cut them on yesterday, but full-on today. They keep this apartment cool, and they’re fairly quiet. I’m good. I am good. Can’t complain.

Honestly IMHO the best AC brand is Friedrich. I would consider Frigidaire too if you’re buying. The AC in my bedroom is 8,000 BTU’s

Sharp previously. Love the design and look. I currently don't have since my place doesn't get hot until the dead of summer, but I'm going to price one tomorrow for the few days that I am here. It'll cool everything.
