The allegation is that he physically forced her to do it. That's is sexual assault/rape.
But they have to actually convict him. That's much more easily said than done. This is especially true because the acts happened years ago, AFAIK, there's no physical evidence, and no other witnesses but the accusers. If this wasn't a case with national exposure, I doubt charges would have even been filed.

If those women that didn't have papers were forced then that's a different story but still hard to proof since they happened many years ago. They're probably suing now because lawyers are willing to work for free now when there's momentum. Years ago, if you ask a lawyer you had better bring an A-team and cost millions to get Harvey.

Cosby and Weinstein were guilty has charged. Many of Cosby’s accusers were Black and Latina. Activist Tarana Burke is the one who started MeToo, and she is Black.
Don’t rape women or harsss them and these things won’t happen. MeToo needed to happen.

Signing papers does not prevent the victim from later on coming back to press charges.

Weinstein’s reputation is irreparably destroyed.
Ashley Judd is suing Weinstein because he had her blacklisted. He had other women blacklisted too. On top of raping women.
He barged in Annabella Scoria's apartment and raped her. He raped Rose McGowan, and others.
He also had women blacklisted for refusing to sleep with them, and also blacklisted some of these women's husbands.
He's not being legally charged with raping Annabella Sciorra or Rose McGowan, is he? Maybe he will be charged with that but he hasn't been as of now.
