So I saw the apartment today right after went to the management office to sign my lease and I’m able to move in. Just have to schedule a day so they can prepare. Nothing in the building is completed but they already have tenants living there

I saw the building. It’s nice. This bad boy is done. Might be working on the interior, but this is done. There will be a supermarket that anchors it on the East Tremont which is nowhere near done. You have the SBS on Webster
Metro north really is at my feet lol but it’s not bad. Closing the window blocks a lot of sound. Building isn’t done yet I’m still waiting for the gym to open. They’re supposed to be working on the gym a daycare computer room and although certain rooftops are open the main rooftop is not. But all in all building is nice.

Stainless steel appliances stove has a built in grill central air in my bedroom and living room and no my apt doesn’t have those windows even though that’s what I wanted lol I think most of those apts are studios I can be wrong
