@spinoo -- yes, it can be possible. They process applicants based on preferences and in numerical order. Maybe try to find out where they are in their selection process? Maybe they are still working on preferences? Or maybe they are working on a different income bracket than yours? Maybe send them an email and ask? I did email and asked a different property where they are in their selection process and if there is a way to estimate when they will reach my log #. They didn't answer my question directly, but they assured me they had not reached my log number yet. I felt so much better afterwards.
I had my interview 10/31 with Housing Partnership and am still waiting on some notice from HP. My iterviewer told me we (my fiance and I) should hear back within 1 month - we're now going on 3 month (come Jan 31st).
As most of us all know this is a waiting game - just hoping to share some excitement/anxiety/angst with my fellow applicants.

I would call them at this point. Most of these agencies are none too good at their jobs and it's possible that something's gone wrong in the process.
