Nothing wrong with anybody moving into and investing in any neighborhood.
Just keep it free of drugs,gangs and guns.... and watch the money roll in.

The blacks who moved to Ditmas Park went as owners. As they move on the new buyers are white because black buyers cannot afford the prices.

So when teachers and nurses cannot afford to live in a city what does the city do then? This is where NYC is fast getting to.
