Is it unreasonable for two people who decide to live together, whether in a sexual relationship or not, to formalize the arrangement on paper with a LEASE stipulating the terms for disengagement, so you don't have one person throwing another out in a fit of pique.

A comic had the right phrase: "being united in Holy Real Estate."

It doesn't matter. A false allegation of domestic violence is all a Woman needs to get you kicked out indefinitely, lease or not. Now your recourse in that situation is to attempt to sever yourself from the lease using the restraining order as proof you no longer reside in the domicile and shouldn't be liable for rent moving forward.

Not that farfetched of an idea, in mid 2018.

A contract could include wording to the effect that if one person is restrained by the other, by any means at all, including an action of a restraining order, a fee of two months back rent and moving costs including costs of temporary accommodation shall be payable by the person initiating such action for removal, no matter the cause.

But again, all this can be avoided if men would STOP living with women. Let women live with women and torture one another.

But it ain't gonna happen because rent's too expensive here and guys would rather have live-in punani than smelling another dude's ballsack all day on a Saturday

The OP went off the grid the day he started this thread. This is a dead issue at this point.

Guys like the OP like drama. So does his girlfriend. They are probably breaking the bed now. People are going off on mad tangents on a loverís quarrel.

OP is getting his right now. Hot, mad angry sex.
