I always had the impression that you lived in one of the penthouses in one of the Trump towers. I must have mixed you up with some other kid.

Why can't I be a male and wear dresses?

Listen I live in the here and now, I may die tomorrow by some thug on the street with a machete.
I make sure I live a happy, comfortable life with all my basic needs being met and if I'm lucky some extra needs get met

I have a brand new studio with a balcony and a walk-in closet. Perfect for me. Great finishes too... With this weather, I've been taking nice long baths. Took one last night in fact before bed. This apartment is nice, but my first apartment in Italy was fantastic. Views of the hills, a skylight, and I could sit on the roof and look at the private castle a few blocks away from where I lived. Even that was just a one bedroom though. I opted for a studio so that I can spend less time cleaning and more time relaxing. I spent too much cleaning in previous apartments.

I'm not a doorman type of person. Even when I buy I don't want to be in a doorman building. Nosy people I could do without.

What exposure do you have? You should be good with that, that's a little larger than the size of the space my AC cools and that room is eastern exposure.

Thatís interesting. I have about 450 sq ft. Window faces an alley but it gets direct sunlight for several hours a day. Does that make a difference?
