Quick update: I signed my lease Dec 6th and started moving in that day. The building is not wired for optimum but it is for Fios. And oddly enough the address changed on the building from 1903 West Farms Road to 1290 Rodman Place making things a bit complicated (ConEd doesn't have the address listed as Rodman but as West Farms). I'm moving my big furniture on Thursday and getting everything hooked up that day as well.
