I viewed the apartment but can't sign the lease because I am still waiting for the approval from HDC in order to move in. Can anyone tell me how long did it take to get their approval back once HDC had their file?

Yes stay hopeful. I sign my lease Monday and the property manager told me that only 45 units are occupied right now and so I guess Iíll make number 46

HDC had my file for about 3-4 weeks. I interviewed November 13. File was sent to HDC sometime between dec 10-13 and I got the call January 9th.
