I do wish people in The Bronx would use neighborhood names instead of saying they live in "Gun Hill" or "Brook Ave", though

How big of an area does the Hub really cover? I thought it was meant to refer just to that intersection, but is it used in common parlance for a greater area?

I have to say 311 is legit. I've had them come take care of some graffiti and the job actually got done!

I called 311 a few times and got the following taken care of on my block:

-illegal dumping removed
-sidewalk grates replaced
