I had applied for the St James thru the Mitchell Lama Connect portal and as noted by the OP the posts disappeared shortly after. I received the letter from them yesterday with the lottery number. So it seems it did go through even though not remaining up like it usually does notifying you of your chosen lottery number.

Did you apply only for one size apartment or all lotteries?

My mom applied online and I checked the website for her and nothing. But she got a letter last week from St James management.

Don't remember the exact number but it was around the high 100's for a one bedroom
