I applied to two lotteries that were just posted on Mitchell Lama connect. They went away on the 9th (the due date before which you had to apply) and they've been gone ever since in Mitchell Lama connect. They don't show up as pending or anywhere at all.
Is this normal? Did my applications not go through? I saw them there for at least two weeks and then poof! Gone.
I’m glad I’m not the only one. I thought it might be a glitch with the system. I applied as well and tried to check the status but it’s not on my account.
If you applied its done! Usually you wait more or less a month to get a regular mail letter with your number however if you are not selected they don't even write to you saying that so basically by two months after the due date of the lottery picking if you don't get a mail letter you were not selected.
BrooklynQueen is correct there's another ML lottery on housing connect ending now October 5th. Sometimes there's a lot of online "traffic"and they shut down for a little bit. always make a copy of what your apply or take a picture of the computer application on your phone for your records! if you are lucky enough to be picked it all depends of your number and ML type of building - it can take one year or 10!!! Good Lucky and apply to everything.
