So everyday I check to see if there's new apartments within my income and I always have to sign in (in case I forgot I applied) I end up doing this between 1 to a few times a day. All I'm asking is if there's a reason I get (error code 1)? Plus yesterday morning I used a laptop to sign in when I've only used my phone. Do you think that they feel like someone hacked me so they won't let me SIGN in? Even the temp password doesnt work. I tried emailing them twice. Are they on vaction? Is there a number i can call? Affordable housing is like my happiness for maturing and being independent.

That error code 1 is usually when your password is entered incorrectly.

Sometimes the platform is overwhelmed according to what I was told. Mornings and nights it’s hard to log in. Best time it’s in the afternoon.

I've been having a really hard time the last week or so with connecting. It just lags as it tries to log you in, but eventually does if you give it like an hour. What do you expect from a municipal website?

System is probably tried of same people logging in twenty thousand times per day and is locking you all out. *LOL*

Next various offices are going to install caller ID...

"Oh it's *her* or "him* again, I'm not answering......"

Right on the website there should be a password reset link.
