Wow, what neighborhood is that? Some awning salesman made a killing there. I think you have me beat!

Even if they're ugly, at least the door awnings have some practicle purpose. But the window awnings? In addition to being very ununattractive they're totally useless as far as I can see.

Right after someone bought my grandmother's house, they covered it in that aluminum crap. Hideous.


Her old block is slowly becoming covered in aluminum.

And yeah, what the hell is the point of a window awning? Isn't the point of a window to let light in?

That's too bad. I had thought the awnings were something they used to put up that's still there. I didn't realize that the crime was still in progress.
