Thank you @hello40kitty
I haven't heard anything from them since submitting the supporting documents. Easter is coming up too, so I don't know if that will slow things down. Still waiting. I guess it's that municipal preferences have to wait for the community board ppl to move in. I don't know.

Thanks for the info on Con Ed. I'm just trying to get a better idea of what my expenses would be.

Some buildings also charge for heat, so I don't know if they do. I wonder what the charge is for the amenities package?

Still waiting patiently. Hopefully we'll be hearing to sign off documents to HPD.

Congrats to those who were approved and good luck to those still in the middle of the process! Can anyone who is far along share photos of the empty units or the floorplans? Curious to how they compare to what's available on the building website and StreetEasy.

Hello Friends,

I recently stumbled upon this thread was reading through the process for some. First off congratulations to those who were awarded, that’s very exciting. I was interviewed in January and disqualified the day of after the interview. I appealed and won it because my income is very sporadic and I have limitations on how much I can work in a 28 day period and a year. I had my company back me up on lots of things which helped my case. Recently I thought it was going well and my specialist told me she needs my tax returns and recently pay stubs again. But one question I think screwed me completely. They want to know why my W2 is different from my end of year pay stub. It’s because benefits and 401k pre tax deductions. What I want to know will that be a done deal now that my W2 is still in the range and year to date isn’t.

Thanks very much,

My file is supposed to go to Compliance then HPD if all goes well

Hey everyone! Thanks @copperdreams for the info! I guess I’ll know in May what the damage is...lol. For $121 every month, that entitles you to everything on the 4th and 6th floors. For additional $45, you’ll have access to the sky lounge on the 42nd floor. Like I said tho, you can’t get sky lounge on its own.

Update for everyone.. my file is currently with hpd! I don’t think they will hit the deadline of May 10 to get everyone moved in because they are still processing cb pref but close enough! Lol the project manager at hpd just got back from a two week vacation today so I guess they will resume approving applications now
