Was the expectation really some high brow discussion in this thread? This post was meant to be provacative. we have a lot of butt hurt posters but that's to be expected.

3/4 of the topics are now affordable housing and RE posts by Seventh. Lol the forum is boring.

Carry on...

That's not the worst thing about rent control. It's the scams that are pulled using RC.

I. Personally know a couple that makes 250k+ and the husband's mother lives in an RC unit (1BD) Off of Union Square. They've recently moved in to get his name on the lease so that he can take over the RC apt.

Also, her family has a 4 bedroom RC apt in Wash Heights that her younger brother has taken over. Her family owns a multi million dollar construction firm. In NJ (they've lived in NJ for close. To 2 decades now)

These aren't isolated incidenta either.

If you paid me, I would post more entertaining stuff

But you're getting this stuff for free and still complaining

LoL

Subsidized entertainment I guess.

Pay market rate for my posts then.

1. It's not free. An internet connection costs money.
2. Market rate for your posts would probably be the same as for coupons. 1/100th of a cent.

Come on. We are friends. I think I can see you from the other side of the bay.

On another note. You ain't bout that life. If you were, you wouldn't be spending all your time on C-D making endless RE threads.
