Far Rock being a flood zone is a true b**ch. Their houses flooding or possibly drifting into the Atlantic Ocean by some hurricane is a real issue nobody wants to deal with, which is why it’s a desert dump. The A train ain’t even reliable. Can’t even go to and from Far Rock without a issue. Takes a hour and a half to get from there to Manhattan

Lots of people love Far Rockaway, and ocean floods and hurricanes don't stop anyone from buying beach front property.
