Ok was double checking my additional request form does anyone know what it means by -

Employment Verification Form(s) from HR or Payroll and returned third party to Breaking Ground

I gave in my Employment Verification but realized the umbrella payroll company is different from my immediate employer - do you think that is why it has been asked for?

And what does third party mean?
Thanks!

Hi all -

just re-read over the additional documents and where it lists the employment verification form it says

Employment Verification form(s) completed by HR or Payroll and returned third party to Breaking Ground

I handed in a verification letter but I realized that the "payroll" company is different to my "employment" so wondering if that is why - but what is the third party thing?

hope you can help??

Thanks!

Third Party means that YOU cannot send them this info. It has to be sent directly from your employer HR to them.

Ok thanks Wendy has anyone else had to do that? I'm not sure how that works as it was already a shambles getting the letter for myself!

Default Waterline Square Lottery

I entered this Waterline Square lottery last year in 2018 when it was first announced. I actually entered it 3 days after it was posted and my log number was in the 60,000's. However, they did, in fact, contact me two weeks ago because I had community board preference (I share the same zip code as the development).

However, they had sent me an ineligibility letter because at the time I applied, I was working a job where I was grossly underpaid, but I applied anyway because I knew that hopefully, one day when they contact me, I will be getting paid enough to fall within the range. I immediately appealed and sent them an employment verification letter that was notarized, as well as my last six paystubs. However, after they did their calculations, they said that I made too much money to be eligible for the Waterline Square development. I truly believe it was because on one pay stub, I did 33 hours of overtime. But I didn't think they would have contacted me that quick. Oh well, it's a learning lesson and I know what not to do going forward. With that being said, I can say that this time around, the intake specialist got back to me in a timely fashion, and I greatly appreciated it.
