Ah I got into lottery at the Via57 across the street and my unit faces the Waterline Square complex. Can’t wait for it to be finished so I can check out that park in the middle, but I’m doing to be definitely much more self conscious once people start moving in and can see into my apartment unless I pull down the blinds.

Same, got into vŪa 57 but only thing they had left was a studio. But applied for a one bedroom at waterline square, hopefully my lease is up when they start calling people.

1350 For a 2 bedroom for 2 people (1 being a child) is cutting it close for 60 % I think.

If you are in CB7 (the entirety of the UWS), you will almost certainly called if your income falls within the bracket. So make sure you put yourself in a position to qualify!
but dont pple who live in this community bard would be well off residents who typically wouldnt qualify? rent is thru the roof in these areas

hey i did a lot of research and all are mixed views,if you can explain what your understanding of the selection process? for example i read that applications both physical and electronic are pooled then given random numbers...but do you know how applications are selected after that? do the pull applications by random or by log number order?..and yest i do understand preference gooes first- im more concerned about the general pop. applicants as i dnt live in CB7.

hope i not asking too much of you
thanks

thanks in advance
