The building is a bonanza for the 60% AMI crowd! It's the only bracket, and lots and lots of apartments are up for grabs. And current residents of Manhattan CB7 have preference.

Good luck to all! It looks like a nice one.

Interesting that it is only 60% units. 10 Freedom Place, which is right there, also had 80% AMI units.

If you are in CB7 (the entirety of the UWS), you will almost certainly called if your income falls within the bracket. So make sure you put yourself in a position to qualify!

God, yes is it a beautiful building! Too bad that this lottery will only serve the 60% crowd

Do these units also have "poor doors"? I don't know if the respective regulatory agreements for these buildings were executed before the "poor door" loophole was closed.

Edit: Guess not! It says 24 hour doorman! And washer/dryer in unit! That's incredible! https://a806-housingconnect.nyc.gov/...entPdf/599.pdf

We don't need more rentals.

Preference for a percentage of units goes to:
o Residents of Manhattan Community Board 7 (50%)*
o Municipal employees (5%)

That's a hell of a lot of apartments they're giving up for this lottery. Good luck for whoever wins!

We should have been druglords. We could have cleaned our money buying up these condos...

For $2 Million you could probably buy 10 homes or a couple of townhouses.
