Jersey rail transit does not have good coverage. Most people will have to drive to the train stop to get picked up. Its like taking two trips.

That's probably true--it'll be one transfer at least for a lot of people and commuter rail isn't that cheap. I might do it for indoor skiing, but not for the mall itself.
