Has anyone heard anything? It's weird. I just checked Housing Connect. It says Tenant selection in progress, but there's no log number, and I haven't gotten Not selected either.

Yeah, I visited the other day and they are some SERIOUSLY ugly buildings. But it’s cheap so if I get picked I will take it!

I'm not wild about the area. It just looks so run-down. But I guess it's coming up! My big problem would be spelling "Gouverneur" correctly!

So there's more than one building?

Yes, there are 6. Two on opposites sides of Madison St., one on Montgomery, one on the corner of Montgomery and Water St., and two more on Water St.

It's cheap. That's literally the only reason. I hate the area. But you can't beat a $700 monthly carrying charge.

Thanks! Maybe that increases our odds somehow! Although I said that about the Big Six in Queens too, and I bombed out on that one.
