Your right to the right of the trains tracks is heavily hasidic but that don't make it williamsburg.

I live in South Williamsburg and this is South Williamsburg. You might want to relook at the location. Its 2 blocks off from the cut off. That's why the lottery listed it as Williamsburg and Bushwick. It's super close to the cut off. You can look up South Williamsburg, look at the boarders ( it ends by the flushing train stop) then retype the address.
ive applied to this lottery very nice AMI and the building is pretty much done I pass it every morning taking my child to school so this would be great GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE applying
