OMG I was just sent an email with my approval letter, and for me to send back some documents to see if my income has changed. Like omgg again I have to send documents I already have given them. Plus they want me to send them my 2018 tax return. Like I havent even filed yet smh
Omg Karina called called me like 30 mins ago and also emailed me my "tentatively" approval letter. She is requesting updated documents like bank statements, paystubs, and 2018 income tax and W2. I have to the 15th to send in every document if not I can be denied. But I faxed her everything already because I was at so I printed and faxed everything over asap. All I need is the 2018 w2 and I come tax which she said it's ok if I fax it over after the 15th because she knows that takes time.
Lol I'm sorry I didn't realized I sent the same message twice, for some reason I couldnt press send reply lol... yes princess I first I was told o was approved when I called Karina on Jan 23rd to ask the status of some documents o had sent. She said she had sent them to the city and the city approved me. So Karina said "well I do have some good news for you, you have been approved and we will call you for less signing and apartment viewing in about 3 weeks from now as we are expecting our certificate of occupancy." So no she sent me the email, idk why she waited from the 23rd til mow but maybe bacause she needs those updated documents.

I cant wait for March 1st, she said lease signing will be on March 1st, omg let's pray this is the actual date and hopefully they wont postpone it and also pass all their inspections.
