Hypocrites. One reason for moving to a Trump-named building (before his Presidency) was for name-brand status/snob appeal. Guess they can't endure the continued negative comments from "enlightened" and "progressive "friends who say, "How can you live in such a place!"
and all the Crooked Hillary supporters are definitely selling off all their Trump stocks...........
And there's no comparison with other building name changes, as that usually pertains to a change in ownership or tenancy - although there sometimes has been dismay when a time-honored name has been set aside.
dismay: consterantion and distress caused by something unexpected.
Yup. you are right. Trump won the presidency from " Crooked " Hillary.
Does anyone know if the Trump Plaza on Jersey City waterfront, 55 story condominium towers that are the tallest residential structures in NJ, that teetered on bankruptcy along with most all Trump ventures, still bears the hateful moniker? I don't get back to Jersey City anymore.

Tallest residential structure in NJ is currently the URBY tower followed by Journal Squared. The under construction condo tower 99 Hudson will be the tallest building in the state once completed. And yes, the two Trump structures Plaza & Bay still bear his name.

He's always been considered downmarket here--gold-plated toilets anyone? Between that and the accent, NYC lost its collective taste for Trump a loooong time ago, which is why he lost here so badly. Not surprised they're literally prying the name off the buildings.

NY'ers didn't mind trump as a whole. Until he won the Presidency.
Want proof? It's the internet, lots of proof. Just look on youtube and google for videos and articles where celebs loved hanging out with him and people in the street would run up to take pictures with him. That all suddenly stopped in 2016.
